Frequently asked questions
How soon can my order be shipped after placing it? How long is the processing time?
Made-to-order covers: production takes approximately 1 week after ordering. Shipping to the United States and Canada takes approximately 2–4 weeks after production, for an estimated total of 3–5 weeks after ordering.
Selected variants identified as US stock: estimated delivery is 4–5 business days after ordering, only to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Fabric samples are free. Sample-only orders to the United States and Canada cost US$5 to ship, with estimated delivery in 7–15 business days after ordering.
How long will it take for me to receive the goods after they're shipped?

What's your return and exchange policy?
Request an ordinary return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Standard covers must be unopened, unused and unwashed; Only covers made to custom measurements or personalised requirements are excluded from ordinary returns. Standard-model covers produced after ordering remain eligible under the same 15-day return conditions. The customer pays return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back. For an exchange, return the original item through the approved process, then place a new order. Read the return conditions.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Contact support@sofacoverpro.com with your order number, a description and clear photos. Our 2-year limited warranty covers confirmed material or manufacturing defects under normal household use and care according to the fabric instructions. After assessment, we choose repair, replacement or refund, prioritising correction or remaking. If the original fabric is unavailable, we offer an equivalent product or a refund. How do I apply for a return/refund?
Contact support@sofacoverpro.com before returning an item. Once approved, follow our return address and instructions and share the tracking details. We inspect the return and confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time.
